Basket Bag Love - Basket Bag Trends for Summer

Basket bags have always been my go to bag of choice for Summer. I think it's the vintage 70's style, and that they've always reminded me of warmer climates, market shopping and just general dreamy scenes of bohemian style icons. I've had a few basket bags over the years, but was so excited to find these round style gems during our trip to Bali. They seem to be everywhere this Spring/Summer. I love that lots of people are wearing them with their Winter coats too (something I never thought would really work) but they actually add do. We have to wait so long after Christmas for it to be warm enough to ditch the Winter coats, and this style of bag seems to work really well, bringing in that bit of Spring style we so desperately long for towards the end of Winter. (Let me move on from going on about the weather as usual!)

I'll be looking forward to using mine come Summer, with a floral Sun dress and sandals, and I have to admit I've already been scouring the shops and internet for other styles of basket bags, and good news, there's heaps out there to choose from. For all tastes and budgets too.
