A family run business based in the village of Rayne in rural Essex. With over 25 years of farming experience and growing up with animals, they’re happy to help with all your animal feed needs and so much more. They believe all animals deserve to receive the best care we can give them and are dedicated to finding and stocking the best quality animal feeds and accessories on the market. They aim to provide a friendly, professional and affordable service to all their customers.
The brief
The initial concept for Fairy Hall Animal Feeds was inspired by the beauty of the outdoors and the warmth and comfort found in the British countryside. A soft, contemporary colour palette was created, alongside hand drawn illustrations, giving that hand crafted, approachable feel. I paired these elements with modern serif typefaces to represent the family’s extensive experience in animal care. The location of Fairy Hall itself is very picturesque, so we went on to include beautiful, warm photography of the shop’s location, as well as all the gorgeous animals that also live there. Lastly we chose minimal layouts throughout, to add a contemporary feel and also aid in customers navigating their way around their new website in an easy, efficient way.
